1. Definitions

Foundation: Stichting NTV Amsterdam, the operator of this website.
Customer: any person or organisation placing an order.
Products: printed publications, magazines and limited editions offered on this website.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros. The foundation is currently not subject to VAT; therefore all prices are VAT-exempt.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been completed. International orders are accepted within the countries listed in the shipping zones.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped via PostNL or equivalent carriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are indicative and non-binding.

6. No Right of Withdrawal for Magazines

Under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to newspapers, magazines, or printed publications without a subscription. All purchases of printed editions on this website are final.

7. Complaints & Damaged Items

Any damage upon delivery must be reported promptly, ideally with photographs of the damaged package or product.

8. Liability

The foundation is not liable for delays caused by postal services, lost shipments outside the EU, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, designs) remains the property of the foundation or its rightful owners.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
